These Terms govern the relationship between bc776 and all users who register, access, or use any service, feature, or product made available through the bc776 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, esports betting, and all associated promotional activities.

bc776 is operated by an internationally licensed gaming company and holds a valid gaming licence that authorises the provision of online gambling services. These Terms incorporate by reference bc776's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms and product-level rules published on bc776.org. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of that product only.

These Terms are published in English. The English version shall be the authoritative and governing version in all circumstances. Any translation provided for convenience does not supersede the English text.

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on bc776.org, through which the Player accesses bc776 services and holds a PKR balance.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), excluding any bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means funds credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements and terms stated at point of claim.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process bc776 is required to conduct, including verification of age, identity, and source of funds, using Pakistani CNIC and supporting documentation.
• "Platform" means the bc776.org website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated services, tools, and content made available by bc776 to registered Players.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered and maintains an active Account on bc776.org, subject to full compliance with these Terms.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, promotional, and support services offered by bc776 through the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit to, withdrawal from, or internal transfer within a Player's Account, processed through a supported payment method.

Use of bc776 Services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period during which they maintain an active Account:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age. bc776 strictly enforces this requirement and will not permit access to any gaming product, deposit function, or bonus claim by any individual who is under 21 years old.
• The Player must be accessing bc776 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law for personal, non-commercial use.
• The Player must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of bc776 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers, unless explicit written consent has been obtained from bc776's compliance team.
• The Player must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme maintained by bc776 or any third-party responsible gaming organisation through which bc776 receives exclusion notifications.

Any Player who provides false information regarding their age or identity during registration or KYC will have their Account permanently suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from games played during the period of false representation may be voided at bc776's sole discretion.

To access bc776 Services, Players must complete the registration process on bc776.org and create an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of a bc776 Account:

Each individual Player may hold only one Account on bc776. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. bc776 employs technical and procedural measures to identify and link duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bc776 may merge, suspend, or permanently close the accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and — in cases of deliberate abuse — withhold real-money balances pending investigation.

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including their legal full name as it appears on their Pakistani CNIC, a valid and accessible Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth that correctly reflects their actual age. It is the Player's responsibility to keep account information up to date. Any material change — including mobile number, payment method, or residential address — should be notified to bc776 support promptly.

A bc776 Account must be registered in the Player's own name and used exclusively by the registered Player. Account sharing — including sharing login credentials with any third party for any purpose — is prohibited. Accounts used by individuals other than the registered Player will be suspended pending investigation.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with their Account. bc776 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on all Pakistani mobile numbers registered with bc776.

bc776 will never request a Player's password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from bc776 and requesting password disclosure should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bc776 support immediately.

Subject to the following paragraph, bc776 will treat all activity conducted through a Player's Account using the correct login credentials as having been authorised by the registered Player. bc776 shall not be liable for losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

bc776 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK interbank transfers, and Cash OTC agent services. Accepted payment methods may vary and are subject to change without notice. Current accepted methods are always displayed in the bc776 account deposit section.

All deposits to a bc776 Account must be made from a payment account or method registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on behalf of a Player by a family member, friend, or agent — are strictly prohibited. bc776 reserves the right to reverse and return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source, and to suspend the relevant Account pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the bc776 deposit interface at the time of transaction and are subject to change. bc776 does not impose deposit fees, though Players should be aware that their payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa) may apply their own transaction charges independent of bc776.

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for a Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the technical capabilities of the receiving payment provider. bc776 reserves the right to request withdrawal to alternative methods where the original deposit method cannot receive funds.

KYC identity verification — including submission and approval of a valid Pakistani CNIC — is a mandatory prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal from bc776. Players who have not completed KYC may continue to deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until verification is approved. bc776 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the platform's withdrawal policy, subject to standard banking and payment provider processing times.

bc776 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All such offers are governed by specific bonus terms published at the point of claim in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money Balances in a dedicated bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly at the time the bonus offer is presented to the Player.
• bc776 bonuses are limited to one active bonus per Player at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash directly, and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically permitted in the relevant promotion terms.
• bc776 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, and to amend bonus terms for ongoing promotions with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other accounts, or any form of bonus arbitrage — will have all Bonus Funds forfeited and their Account suspended.

Each product category available on bc776 — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and esports betting — is subject to product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the bc776 platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to each product before placing bets or wagering funds.

All sports bets placed on bc776, including PSL cricket, Pakistan national team matches, and international tournaments, are accepted subject to bc776's sportsbook rules. Bets are final once confirmed. bc776 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events outside bc776's reasonable control. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bc776 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registration by or on behalf of any individual under the age of 21.
• Creation of or use of duplicate, false, or fraudulent Account registrations.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with bc776 in a manner that simulates or replaces human player behaviour.
• Collusion with other Players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bc776's betting margins, bonus system, or referral programmes.
• Money laundering — using bc776 deposits and withdrawals to conceal the origin, nature, or ownership of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploitation of technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes to obtain unfair advantage, even where the exploitation does not involve any active deception.
• Any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at bc776 employees, support agents, or other platform users.
• Accessing bc776 Services through a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tool for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by bc776.

bc776 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible participation. bc776 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from within a Player's Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they can deposit into their bc776 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous gaming activity has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, the Account is inaccessible for gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for a minimum of 6 months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period. Self-excluded Players may not create new Accounts during the exclusion period.

All intellectual property rights in the bc776 platform — including but not limited to the bc776 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to bc776. No Player or third party acquires any intellectual property rights in bc776 content by virtue of using the platform or holding an Account.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bc776 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit the copying, redistribution, republication, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any bc776 content without prior written consent from bc776.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bc776's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any Services provided by bc776 — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bc776 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bc776 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of bc776 Services, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service caused by events outside bc776's reasonable control.

bc776 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. bc776 will make reasonable efforts to restore service following any outage or technical failure but accepts no liability for losses resulting from such events.

bc776 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable product-specific rules.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a verification request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy — balance handling terms apply).
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bc776 Account may do so by contacting bc776 support via live chat. Any real-money Balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of all applicable KYC and AML checks.

bc776 operates a formal internal complaints process. Players who wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of the bc776 service should contact bc776 support via live chat in the first instance. bc776 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days. For complex matters requiring investigation, bc776 will provide regular updates to the Player on the status of their complaint.

If a Player is not satisfied with bc776's response to a formal complaint after the internal process has been exhausted, the Player may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by bc776's gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available in the bc776 licence information section and upon direct request to bc776 support.

bc776 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bc776 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document.

Continued use of the bc776 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those revised Terms. Players who do not accept any amended Terms should close their Account and withdraw any available Balance prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bc776 is licensed to operate as a gaming operator.

Nothing in this Section shall limit bc776's ability to take enforcement action in any jurisdiction where a Player is located, or limit any Player's rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence.
